Winter Beauty Wishlist // MissBeautyEmily

14:01

With Christmas coming up and the New Year, I have a few beauty items on my wish list to hopefully purchase myself! Unfortunately my car is being a royal pain and I've had to pay out a load to get it fixed so I'm currently on a beauty spending ban and have a growing list of things I really want to purchase but I become really forgetful and half way down the line can't even remember that item I was really longing after.. Anyway.. enough with me rambling on. Hopefully this wishlist will inspire you for present ideas and a treat for yourself!

I was lucky enough to receive a few samplers of the Clive Christian perfumes in 'Ecstatic' and 'Hedonistic' and I'm absolutely in love. These perfumes smell divine and I need the full sizes in my life. I popped over to their website and spotted their luxury fragrance gift sets and saw they even do candles which I'm now very interested in. This brand is definitely a luxurious brand with prices starting from £100+ but I always believe in 'you get what you pay for'.

I absolutely adore the look of this palette and every time I see it I want it more and more. The purples in the palette are so me and it's a perfect colour range. The price tag is a bit of a stinger at £45 but I just can't get over those beautiful shades! They look to pack a punch with pigment and could create some lovely looks.

Stila have absolutely killed it this year with their christmas sets and I've not delved into their brand too much. I really want to try their £45 set that contains 8 full-sized lip products as all the shades look right up my street and from what I've heard, they are a great formula!

The All Nighter Spray is my holy grail setting spray and I'm beginning to get low so I'm in need of repurchasing it when I can afford to. This is the only spray that I've noticed to actually make a difference to my makeup so it's one I'll always repurchase but with it being around £23.50 at full price, it's not something I can justify right now.

Another repurchase but I'm also getting dangerously low on my beloved Laura Mercier powder. This really helped me during the summer with my oily skin and works better than most. It also doesn't leave any colour on my face which I love because most either make me look chalky white or too dark! As you probably know, this powder costs £29 which is so pricey for a powder but I've had my tub since March this year so it's doing really well and I would definitely justify the price again.

What is on your current beauty wishlist? Let me know in the comments!

  2. I couldn't be without the Laura Mercier powder either. I've purchased two pots so far, and they have lasted so long! I do think the price point is worth it.
