Christmas Gift Guide 2016 (Beauty Edition) // MissBeautyEmily

18:40

Hello everyone!
So you've seen my stocking filler post.. now what? I'm here with some ideas for Christmas presents that are ideal to give to your loved ones or close friends who love beauty related items!

So...? Kiss Me Gift Set
This gift set contains a perfume, body lotion and lip balm all in the matching fragrance 'Kiss Me'. If you were born in the 90s then you probably get nostalgia from this fragrance because this gives me memories of being at school and using this range all the time! I think this set would be perfect for a younger sister or a friend who like sweet scents!
The set varies in price but I found it for £8.76 on Tesco Direct here

Lancome Paris La Collection De Parfums
The La Collection De Parfums from Lancome comes with 5 miniature perfumes that are ideal for testing and trying out to see whether you like the scent or not. I think something like this is perfect to give to someone at Christmas as it's like getting 5 presents in 1 (Just in mini form!) and it also makes it easier for you if you have no idea what type of perfumes they like.

This set includes:
La Vie Est Belle
Hypnose
Tresor
Tresor In Love
Miracle

You can purchase it from WorldDutyFree here for £30

Benefit Fly The Sexy Skies Giftset
If you're travelling by plane anytime soon and still need a gift idea for a makeup lover then I really recommend the 'Fly The Sexy Skies' set brought to you by Benefit. It contains all the makeup they need for a super natural and glowy look.

This set contains:
Porefessional
They're Real Pushup Liner
They're Real Mascara
Dew The Hoola Liquid Bronzer
Benetint
Hoola Bronzer

You can get all of those for £21.50 here which is a steal since you'd pay that for one single full item, so to get 6 minis, you've saved a lot and whoever you got it for gets to try lots of goodies!

2017 Planner
You may be wondering how a planner fits in the beauty category right? Well a lot of beauty lovers these days turn out to be bloggers or youtubers and we all need a schedule! A planner is a perfect gift to keep them organised with their content and daily life and trust me, as a fellow blogger and youtuber, a gift like this would be absolutely perfect for me!
The planner itself contains the days of the week with big squares that fit in a few points and all days are divided into 'morning, 'day' and 'night'.
On the side of the left page and bottom of the right there is a space full of lines to allow further notes to be written or perhaps memos to remember. The planner can be found in the following Etsy shop here for £15 and you can get free shipping until Jan 31st using my code MISSBEAUTYEMILY1 (It must all be in capitals!)

Dr Botanicals Facial Oil & Restoring Mask
If you're shopping for a special loved one who loves their skin care rituals then I recommend splurging on these two products. I have featured Dr Botanicals Japanese Orange Superfood Facial Oil and Japanese Orange Fast Acting Overnight Restoring Mask. These products are made of only natural ingredients which makes them vegan friendly and suitable for all skin types (like sensitive!). Oils are perfect for damaged skin or someone wanting a more youthful appearance whilst the complimentary product to this is the restoring mask which can be popped on whilst sleeping and has the same effects.
There are many more varieties on offer to suit the receiver but these two can be found on the Dr Botanicals website for £92 (Restoring Mask) and £67 (Oil).

Crowd Colour Personalised Matte Liquid Lipsticks
Now we all know how 'in' matte lips are at the moment so why not treat someone to a personalised lipstick or perhaps even the whole set! Crowd Colour have introduced these 6 shades of liquid lipsticks that can be personalised by adding whatever you like on the front. As you can see, I added my blog header to my bottles as I loved the idea of my own name being on my makeup! A gift like this adds such a personal touch and would be very much appreciated. I actually reviewed these over on my blog with swatches, if you're interested then check out the post HERE.
If you're after just an individual colour then they are £7.99 or you could grab the whole set for £35. They are both over on their website here.

Makeup Designory
I've become a lover of MUD makeup due to it's pigmentation. Their lipstick takes one swipe to fill my lips with colour and the eyeshadow is packed full of colour which translates onto the lid. The shades in this photo are:
Lipstick - Blackberry (£12.70)
Eyeshadow - Cajun Spice (£11.50)
All on the MUD website here.

Go Case
Once again, not exactly the beauty item to come to mind but relating back to bloggers and youtubers... we're always on our phone! So we love nothing more than jazzing up our phone, am I right? GoCase cater for most models of iPhones and Samsung so it's quite likely you'll be able to get something for their phone. They are hundreds of cute and quirky designs which can fit anyone's personality. Most of their phone cases range from £19 - £21 but they have a section with sale items so it's worth taking a look through them all.
The cases are made with high quality materials which ensures protection of the phone!
Go take a browse through their website here.

The Body Shop
Whenever I think of Christmas gifts my mind always wonders over to TBS. I think it's because they do some wonderful Christmas scents that I tend to receive at Christmas time. I've featured some of their festive scents in a range of items like hand creams and body butter so if you were to have a mix of all these products then it would create a stunning little pamper hamper.

The products I've featured are:
Body Butter (This is Cranberry but it has now been replaced with Frosted Berries) - £14
Vanilla Chai Scrub - £15
Spice Apple Foaming Bath - £10
Spiced Apple Hand Cream - £4

Beautify Acrylic Storage Drawers
Acrylic storage became quite a hit for beauty lovers in 2016 and I've also jumped on the bandwagon. Acrylic storage makes it a lot easier for someone to find a certain makeup product due to it all being 'see-through'. If you know someone who really needs to organise their collection better then definitely check out Beautify. They sell lots of different types of storage including lipstick holders and drawer sets which means all types of makeup can be stored! In my personal opinion, Beautify has been the cheapest place that I've found acrylic storage from, even places like eBay I've seen to charge £60+ for a drawer set like mine which was only £45.99. Mine came through Domu who are a stockist of the Beautify brand and can be found here. The above images are stock photos supplied to me from Domu Brands, thank you!

What do you think of these ideas? Wouldn't you love to receive something like for Christmas? I sure would!
